FAQ
Q: Does the session time include set-up and tear-down?
A: Yes. Our equipment will be set in accordance to your stage plot before session start time for quick and easy set-up! We will end the session with enough time to accommodate tear-down.
Q: How early can we arrive before the session?
A: You may arrive ~15 minutes before the session time, but please do not begin loading in equipment until authorized.
Q: We have unique lighting/fog/visual FX, can we incorporate that into our session?
A: Heck yes! However, we will need to chat to ensure we coordinate appropriately between our set-up and yours.
Q: Can we display logos/graphics/overlays on our video and/or live stream?
A: Heck yes! Send us the high res PNGs and we’ll hook you up!
Q: Can we have people that are not in the performance, like a manager or photographer, attend the session?
A: Yes! We love photographers! However, if there are people in attendance purely for the sake of viewing the session, that is a part of our “In-Studio Headphone Mix Viewing Audience” option.
Q: Do you have any age restrictions?
A: No. Sessions are private events in a “family friendly” environment, generally speaking. However, a legal guardian must be present for any attendees under 18, and guardian discretion is advised for acts expressing “mature” subject matter in their art.
