Boxland Creatorship Agreement

This membership agreement ("Agreement") is between Boxland, Inc. ("Boxland") and the member ("Member").

Membership Term: The membership term will be on a month-to-month basis and will begin on the date the Member submits payment and agrees to this Agreement.

Membership Benefits: The Member will have access to Boxland's co-working space during business hours, which are from 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. The Member will also receive discounted and priority access to performances, discounted and free classes, and members-only events.

Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful environment. Members are expected to behave in a professional and courteous manner towards other members, staff, and visitors to the space. Boxland reserves the right to revoke membership at any time if a member violates this code of conduct.

Payment and Fees: The Member agrees to pay $69 per month for membership. Boxland reserves the right to adjust membership fees with advance notice. Payment is due on the first of each month.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by giving written notice to the other party. No refunds will be given for partial months of membership.

Limitation of Liability: Boxland is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while the Member is using the co-working space or participating in events, performances, or classes. The Member assumes all risks associated with using the space and participating in events.

Changes to Membership Benefits: Boxland reserves the right to change or modify membership benefits with advance notice.

Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Boxland is located.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Boxland and the Member and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
